For more than 70 years, Harty Street Kindergarten has been a place where children learn, grow, build friendships and take important first steps in their education.
This year, we are taking the next step in our kindergarten’s transformation through Building Futures, a community fundraising campaign to support improved accessibility, learning environments and teaching facilities.
Recent upgrades have strengthened the foundations of our much-loved kindergarten, helping ensure it remains safe, welcoming and fit for purpose for children, families and educators. But this is just the beginning.
As our community grows, so does the need to continue improving the spaces where children develop confidence, feel safe and build their readiness for school and life beyond. With the support of our wider community, we can build on Harty Street’s proud legacy and create an even better early learning environment for future generations.
Our fundraising target is $100,000. Every contribution, big or small, will help bring the next stage of our vision to life.

Donations will directly support centre upgrades, including improved accessibility, safer and more welcoming spaces, refreshed learning environments and enhanced teaching facilities.

Is my donation tax deductable?
Yes, Harty Street Kindergarten is a not-for-profit organisation, registered as a charity.

Yes. Local businesses can support the campaign through a financial contribution, in-kind support, raffle prizes, donated materials or services, or by helping promote the campaign within the community.
